So, I allowed myself a cheat day since I really hadn’t had one since I’ve been back at the helm. I AM TOTALLY REGRETTING THAT DECISION. I’m not going to go into the details of what I ate, but I will say it was bad and worth about 3,500 calories. NEVER AGAIN!

This was my angry, determined, get me the hell off of this treadmill look from early this morning around 3:45. I did a mile walk/job combo then a 2 mile bike ride and lifted some weights for a total of about a hour long combined work-out. I’m not too sore but I can feel it.
So, with working and everything I forgot to post my weight for yesterday.
SW: 365.2
LW: 338.6
CW: 335.6
LOSS OF 3 POUNDS!!!
Yuppers, I lost 3 more pounds. I can def tell that my body is starting to adjust to the healthy food, so yesterday morning I went and joined a gym in town. Real nice and will give me everything I need to succeed with my weight loss. Look forward to posting some pics very soon!
So, I want to share my short term goals with everyone out there. Right around this time last year I started to fall off the whole “get fit” wagon if you will and mainly it was because I didn’t set myself some short term, realistic goals. So here it goes…
1) I will lose 20lbs a month through summer. (June, July, and Aug)
2) I will weigh under 300lbs before summer ends.
3) I will workout at least 4 times a week.
4) I will run a mile non-stop before summer ends.
5) I will run a 5k before summer ends.
Now, I have the challenge and I know I will succeed. I want to make all you fitblrs out there proud!
Well, I join the gym today. I start working out today. I sweat a lot today. I become sore today.
I change my life forever.
That’s right! Dropped 5LBS!!!
I ate like a boss this last week. I was able to control some of the over-eating I did for that day and keep the rest of my calories low. I was able to even eat Pizza Hut with some control which is hard for me to do. Every single day is a battle and I owned the last 7!
It’s getting better and better. Now, it’s time to add some activity to my new routine. I want to see some serious poundage coming off this summer so I’m ready for action.
Idk what happened for sure but this morning I was starving when I got off work. I have no idea why either. My calories were good from yesterday and I wasn’t all that hungry until about 4am and once I got home at 6am I was ready to tear the fridge up.
I ate damn near 1,000 calories for breakfast! Luckily, I can manage my other two meals and my snacks to still keep it under 2000 for the day but I have no idea why I was so hungry.
Tomorrow is WIW and I hope my little breakfast mishap won’t screw that up too bad. Here’s to making the rest of the day kick-ass though.
Uneventful day. Slept, ate, and now at work. At least I’m getting to watch the NBA Playoffs. OKC ALL THE WAY BABY!!!
I’ve had a good time off from work and now it’s almost time to go back. Lame. However, my eating has been pretty good for the weekend. Went with some friends to Pizza Hut and had chicken supreme pizza, some bread-sticks, and a salad. A pretty hefty meal in the calorie department but I still was able to keep everything under 2000 at the the end of the day which makes me feel like a winner.
Also, I would like to note that since my heaviest weight (365) from January of last year to now, I am down 26lbs (339). Hoping I will hit under 300 before the summer is over.
